Standard PCS Contest 1
This contest comprises 4 questions, each question is worth 1 point, and the contest will run for a week. However, you will have only 4 hours to complete the questions starting at any time you like during the week the contest is running. After your 4 hours is up, you will become a spectator. Please do not share the questions once you have read them.
This contest is rated. This means that your performance in the contest will contribute toward your rating. The rating system we use is based on ELO, and is inspired by that used by Codeforces and Topcoder. It is part of the DMOJ software our site runs on. This will be displayed on your profile, and on the users list. It will hopefully be a good tool for keeping track of progress.
Update: The contest has been extended slightly so that those who started in the last 3 hours can get their full 4 hour window.

Comments
For the Stacking Cows problem, the time limit says 1 second but the best submitted answers take longer than 1 second.
I think the time limit is 1 second per-test-case, and the times shown on the submissions page are the total time the solution took to complete all ~10 test cases.
